1)  To organize and coordinate university courses and hands-on workshops on Documentation, Technology, Migration and Culture.

2)  To produce and realize documentaries about Latino communities that arise from collaborative projects.

3)  To promote documentation from the standpoint of active community participation and community based-learning in benefit of the community.

4)  To organize International Delegations with community members, workers, professionals, students, teachers, professors, and community activists.

5)  To promote transnational networks of solidarity between Latin@s and non-Latin@s and provide Latino communities with a better and larger representation in independent and electronic mass media.

6)  To promote the discussion of proposals for the development of transnational public policies contributing to the regional integration of American nations.

7)  Train the different groups that participate in our video documentaries in team work, use of video cameras, development of proposals for transnational organizing, and Internet navegation.
